District Sales Manager
Current- Working in conjunction with multiple teams to oversee the continual flow of all active Route Sales positions
- Analyzing employee activity to develop and implement training programs that result in improved production and collaboration among team members
- Utilizing company policies and procedures to ensure that the Route Sales Professions are driving weekly sales and promotional objectives to meet Utz standards
- Assisting Route Sales Professionals in enhancing product presence at customer locations to maintain and improve sales
- Actively analyzing incoming sales data for each account to increase the efficiency of delivery by locating more targeted stopping points
- Aiding Route Sales Professionals with acquiring new accounts to grow the Utz customer base
