Hello and welcome to my profile.I have dedicated my career to training, coaching and facilitating the growth of trust-based and radically collaborative relationships – between individuals and across work teams. Thanks to connections with like-minded people, I have had the great honor to provide my services in organizations such as Proctor & Gamble, Eli Lilly, NASA, The United Nations, The National Institutes of Health, Stockholm School of Economics, Canadian Defense Department and many others.Across my career, I have witnessed the powerful effects of trust-based, radically collaborative relationships for achieving personal and business success. Without such relationships, our lives and business enterprises are drained of their lifeblood.All of my work draws on a psychological framework, scientific research and practical skill development from Radical Collaboration©, Human Element©, and Family of Origin approaches, as well as learnings shared in the two books I co-authored: Where Freedom Begins, and Radical Collaboration.Currently, I am working on a new book on Collaborative Communication.I am also available for coaching and consulting with Radical Collaboration and Human Element practitioners with whom I have existing relationships. Additionally, I will consider new clients on an individual basis.
