Being Human. That’s you. That’s me.We are working to survive in our environment, in our marketplace, and with each other. We work to provide food, shelter, and care for our bodies, and the costs are rising faster than reasonable. We are in fierce competition with each other, in different countries, with artificial intelligence, social media, and often with ourselves. These are our threats. We can work together to create groups, teams, businesses, and families who are open, vulnerable, honest, inspired by each other, laugh, cry, and be in awe of the existence we are creating. These are our opportunities.I produced a methodology and arrangement of skills and stories which enabled us to • drop our shields and be vulnerable• notice each person’s speaking as a contribution to us• connect to ourselves and live in the paradox of “we are enough” and “we crave learning and creating”• willing to share our thinking• celebrate when someone can build off of what I created• and create groups that perform beyond our wildest expectationsMy existential purpose is simple. Create myself, support the goals of Koni and our children, and share my methodology with those who are willing to create themselves and their lives.
