Chairing the 2017 "Walk to End Alzheimer's" VolunteerThis event is the largest one day donation of all non profits in the world. There are a total of 600 walks throughout the Nation. Over the next 5 1/2 months, my intentions are bringing to the forefront, the largest, fastest growing, and devastating disease in over 100 years. No cure or even a medication to slow the process. This has been, since the start of recognition, in 1980. AIDS is the closes disease and it only went 20 years before medications became available to substantially prevent HIV from turning into AIDS. Last year deaths to this disease increased 68% while every other disease decreased. I would never value the death from one disease to another. It's just no one knows how long it can go on. Use the next 5 1/2 months to better educate yourselves. My wife beat breast cancer, which cancer runs throughout her family. She tested positive for the BRACC gene so she opted for pro-active surgery with Breast reconstruction, and hysterectomy slamming her into Menopause. Three years later she is diagnosed with Early on set Alzheimer's at 58. I realize all families deal with devastation. Bringing to the forefront what I have come to define as "The Silent Killing Disease". HOWEVER, it's time for this silence to stop, we have to talk before we can kill it. Tonight, I start, the most devastating effect on me thus far. It wasn't the Cancer or reconstruction or even the diagnoses. My wife still functions fine, knows all the grandchildren, and does her best to live everyday as a good day. So now you and your wife go to a Doctor's appointment, your children are grown and it's time to start enjoying the grandchildren. When that beautiful wife comes out from the Doctor and is checking out, SHE NO LONGER REMEMBERS HOW TO WRITE! This is devastation and this will never happen to me is over. I don't want to talk or think about it, but the numbers are there, the future does not look well.

As President of Operations I took a Bankrupt Leather Company and turned it into 2 retail outlets and 5000 page e-commerce site. Became the second most traveled Leather site in the world and I set up every necessary component to maintain 4.5-5 point Stars with Yahoo. Selected entire product line, customer service, distribution system, maximizing web flow through click, product and customer evaluation.

Startup Promotional Company working with a friend of mine. Started in Washington DC area and grew to 11 Cities over 6 years. My responsibility was to take our Promotional Concept, run Demographics on each area, actually drive territories, find the best owner in each territory from most all Major Oil Company Station Owners. They had to be best to handle the success of our promotion providing over 1500 new selected customers within two miles of their location. I would search out the best area for office & training space within each territory. I was eventually coordinating 11 cities, over 1300 clients ( with an 83% retention rate ) and 300 sales people. We also worked with Papa John's & Dominoes Pizza. Dominion Business Promotions became a Dominant Force in the Mid Atlantic Region.

Took a Brand new Marketing Strategy for a 20 year old company and $20 million annual sales. Developed throughout every major city in the United States changing the business model through a distribution program and at the end of 6 years had increased annual revenue to $500 million

This property was one of the Top 10 Holiday Inn's in the world. Extremely high volume property with 3 Restaurants, 2 Bars, Huge Banquet Department, and 850 person courtyard for receptions used frequently by Chamber of Commerce and Large Corporate Ventures. Oversaw 9 Mid Level Managers & 183 Employees.

Ran a Timeshare Resort with $250,000 monthly Budget and purchased large Restaurant & Lounge from them in which doubled sales in first year.

Three Oklahoma Oilmen owned a small Hotel. I had no interest in leaving Florida but was kept after. Finally agreed to review 3 months of statements. The statements said it all. They had been open almost 5 years with an accelerated Depreciation schedule and they had no interest in putting their own oil money in to support Hotel. Even so, I made an absolute ridiculous offer no one would take. They did, a man of my word, I went out, Hotel was making money in 5 months. When I left Florida, my income was $12,000 a year. In this time period, I earned $156,000. What did I learn. People who have money, don't want to lose,ANY, of it! Set me on my entrepreneurial career.

Worked my way through FSU at an extremely high volume restaurant, 45 hours a week. They developed into 13 stores with $52 Million in annual sales & 1200 employees. Was asked to stay on as Manager prior to my last quarter. Stayed on and asked by CEO to transfer down to Gainesville which was only store he owned not living up to it's potential. I asked what he wanted and how long? He explained another $1 million in annual volume and gave me 2 years. This was accomplished in 14 months with the highest retention rate in the Company
