Ron holds a Bachelors in Business, Economics and Psychology from the University of Michigan, and a minor in Fine Art. Additionally, he holds a minor in Horticulture from Michigan State University. In 1990 Ron became the founder and president of R.A. Marchelletta Designs in Arizona. His business flourished as designer and contractor of the landscape environment.In 2007 Ron joined Hines Nurseries as a sales consultant and became a top performer in his territory in an economic downturn climate.In 2007 Ron launched Colorado Christmas Decor. His work immediately gained acclaim in commercial and residential venues. Working with A&E TV Ron designed several sets for top running shows. In 2013 Ron joined Denver Commercial Property Services as Vice President of Operations. With DCPS Ron leads a management team to provide services to commercial clients in the Denver Metro area in: Landscaping, Interior Foliage and Holiday Decor. Outside of his professional life,Ron is passionate about his dogs. He has owned and trained golden retrievers for 20 years. He competes in various AKC venus with his main focus in Dog Agility.
