As a Certified Grief Educator, under the training, mentorship and guidance of world renowned grief expert, David Kessler. We generally live in a very grief illiterate society. Grief and Loss needs to be witnessed, heard, shared and validated. For those who have experienced loss the death of loved ones or friends or even pets, I'm able to help navigate through that trauma and loss and help find ways to grow with the loss and help turn the pain into survival. My goal is to be there for those in grief and meet those in grief where they are in a safe and supportive environment. There is no timeline, no linear model.
