About Ron Mcmanmon

I kicked my recruiting career off with MRI (Management Recruiters International) in 1999. Within 18 months I was the #1 producing recruiter in the nation. Over 20 years’ experience in full-lifecycle sourcing and recruiting for both start-ups and established companies (from C-Level on), to include: Technology, Professional Services and Management Consulting, Small and Midsize Business (SMB), Healthcare, Non-Profits, Manufacturing, Retail, Financial Services, Commercial Real Estate, and Energies and Utilities. My success came and comes from several factors: First, I've been lucky enough to have worked with awesome people and have fun along the way. Secondly, earlier in my career I was a sales and marketing executive so I immediately understood recruiting matrix/activities and how companies are usually structured. While necessary factors, I discovered my passion. I am able to help people navigate their careers and I have the opportunity to affect people's lives in a positive way. It's not about filling a job order, it's about providing an opportunity. Therefore recruiting for the companies that I believe in (for all the good reasons) is essential for not only my well being but equally as important for our candidates. Personally: As an expat I have lived all over the world and today I enjoy my family, BC skiing, climbing, free diving, surfing, traveling, jamming with my buddies, herding my grandson, cooking.... Hmmmm, and whatever comes up. :)
