I generated $37 million in annual revenue, by scaling Direct Shipping/MO divisions, saved $3 million per annum with the migration of call center staff over to remote working and achieved $2 million in annual fuel and energy savings, following the creation and execution of a commodity and hedge strategy. I negotiated contracts and monitored the performance of over 80 finished goods suppliers, cut $3 million off annual expenditure with a new distribution center network strategy, that involved moving from a single point of failure to 3 national distribution center sites. I safeguarded 4000 outbound lanes each year with the development of the transportation strategy and transferal over to Uber Freight.
