I believe that each individual’s contribution to the work force is unique. It has been my mission to teach each person to strengthen, build up and communicate his or her assets through self-discovery/career assessment, and job search strategies, and networking/recruitment programs.Organizationally, I have worked with small and large organizations, both public and private, on the issues of: recruitment and career transition. I have served on numerous community boards that promote workforce development, diversity, volunteerism, and inclusion.Over the years, I have coordinated dozens of large-scale career events and projects for the community, as well as for a variety of public and private sector clients including, but not limited to : NUMMI; United Airlines; Department of the Navy; Franklin Templeton; Dalmo Victor; Alameda Naval Group; to name a few.Specialties: Career events (career fairs, employer forums, career industry forums), career change, assistance with the Over 40 worker, outplacement/transition, career development, internship development, community outreach, and the New Retirement.
