Project Management

As QA/QC Head i takes on the lead in the overall implementation of the Quality Program of DDTKI ensuring that the QA/QC Plan is established and implemented in the Project. I have the full authority to stop work and institute any and all actions necessary for the successful implementation of the quality program of the project. As QAQC Head i was able to identify quality assurance and quality control program components of the Quality Plan and makes recommendation in terms of standards, procedures, and guidelines for monitoring, reporting, and correcting problems. I also monitors all NCRs and facilitates immediate corrections.

Reports directly to the VP in absence of the Project ManagerTogether with the Project Manager, formulates and implements guideline, policies and procedures for the efficient administration of the Project Team Office.Supervises the implementation of the work program and ensures compliance to approved plans and specifications and Project Implementation procedures.Monitor the activities being undertaken in accordance with the work programConducts regular review and assessment of the activities to ensure efficient performance and compliance to Plans and Specification.Represent the company in various meetings called by the client and/or the general contractor.Conducts regular Staff Meetings when instructed by the Project Manager.Coordinates with other suppliers to ensure effective interfacing of activities.Reviews and recommends hiring, termination, and imposition of administrative actions for all project staff and workers, and exercises general administrative control over all project personnel.Reviews and recommends approval on requisitions and purchases of office supplies and materials.Supervises the operation of the project warehouse.Responsible for the preparation and submission of various project reports as may be required by management, the client, or the general contractor.Signs on project documents, letters and other communications, when applicablePrepares and recommends to the Project Manager policies or guidelines on project operations.
