With over 20 years of experience in the building materials industry, I am the President and COO of Laticrete International's North American operations, where I lead a high-performance team of over 800 professionals across sales, marketing, finance, operations, and customer service. I am a graduate of the Yale Global Leadership Executive Program and a holder of a Bachelor of Science in Botany/Plant Biology from Brigham Young University.
