Then in 2018, I took the reins as President & CEO. Since then, we have seen tremendous growth while continuing to provide a world-class experience for our clients. We have moved from solely focusing on OpenAir service implementations to being a NetSuite Solutions Provider, which means we are there to support our clients from the initial engagement through the entire implementation process.
