Prior Oracle’s acquisition: (Formerly known as Zenedge Inc)Implementation and operation of new and existing customers by on-boarding them to Zenedge DDoS mitigation solution, focusing on protocols like BGP - GRE to reach Zenedge Scrubbing Centers, also configuring and maintaining SNMP/NetFlow data coming to multiple collectors, working with tcpdump and packet capture systems to validate the reachability of specific protocol traffic, all this on the networking portion. On the Security portion, focused on following/improving provisioning process on our in-house mitigation systems with Arbor devices (SPs and TMSs) creating mitigation templates, Managed objects, and customizing counter measures for customer profiles. Managing bitbucket repositories, editing scripts and on-boarding customers into the automated method to mitigate inbound attacks called RapidBGP (Proprietary Solution). Data Center Switching Support Engineer.- Configuration and Troubleshooting of Nexus (HW and SW) 7000/5000/2000- Switching issues on the Data Center Network, this included the following Port-Channels (Static or LACP), Spanning-Tree issues (Rapid Spanning Tree, Per VLAN Spanning Tree and Multiple Spanning Tree), Intervlan Routing, IGMP, QoS among others. - OTV, VDCs, Fabricpath knowledge. .- Jumbo MTU configuration and Troubleshooting. - FHRP protocols such as HSRP, VRRP. - Securing the Data Center Devices (Access-lists, Storm-Control, Dynamic ARP Inspection, DHCP snooping) - Virtual Port Channeling between Nexus 5000s and Nexus 7000s and VPC+.- Effectively utilizes moderately complex lab setups to duplicate and solve customer problems.- Schedule meetings and bridge calls to work with the customers, take ownership and follow-up until resolution.- Provide recommendations, guidance on topology design or configuration and best practices.- Identify RCAs for Performance issues and troubleshooting.
