Internship at HK Denmark labour union as part of my BA on Journalism from the University of Southern Denmark (SDU).

Consultant in the department for employment and education. Primary work area within minority education and employment issues. Responsible for the development of Public Announcement and motivation campaigns aimed at minority youth and their parents. Development of long term image and recruitment strategies to secure a qualified work force. Responsible for the minister of Integrations "Dialogue initiative" as well as special political initiatives for the enhancement of minority youths relation to the job market and sustainability in the education sector (drop out prevention programs).

Employed to oversee and implement the governments "Youth Violence Prevention Plan" on a national level. Develop prevention strategies and pilot projects in order to identify effective methodology to combat the rising in youth related violence. Evaluate and recommend policies and specific target areas to employ new methodology. Responsible for developing preventive partnerships between Football Fan Clubs and local and regional authorities. As well as partnerships in the "nightlife" between entertainment industries and local and regional authorities. Consultant to the Council Of Europe´s directorate of youth and sport in their integrated project for "the prevention of violence in everyday life" and a member of the COE´s Advisory Council on Youth.

Co-founder and coordinator of communication and campaign activities as well as fundraising and PR. Developed the Human Library methodology and negotiated government funding for a national program."Little Brother Award"(1993), Childrens Council Award (1994), Svend Bergsøe Foundation "Communicator of the Year Award" (1998), Young Active Citizens Award (2004), Danish Library Associations Honorary Award (2010), Danish Labour Union HKs Cultural Award "Jytte Prisen" (2017), Fællesskabsprisen (2017), Dialog Prisen (2017).
