Miss Ronnie Beathea is the Director of Power & Promise Program at VOICES Corporation. She has a passion to ensure all youth reach their full potential as students, prominent leaders, and advocates for their own education. Ronnie is the founder of FLAVA (future leaders with ambition, values, and aspirations); an all-girl mentoring group striving to renew minds, restore values, and build positive relationships between young women. Ronnie accidentally found her purpose in the world of education, but has walked confidently in it since. She has eight years in the classroom and roughly six years of school leadership experience. Prior to finding her love for educating young minds, Ronnie received her Masters of Public Administration and Nonprofit Management at the University of Illinois, Springfield. Shortly after, she received her Masters of Arts in Teaching from Marian University. She truly believes you should become of a master of all things you set out to do. Ronnie is currently seeking a leadership position that utilizes my experience and knowledge in youth development to direct andoversee all aspects of programming and meets my expectations of exceptional academic, social, andemotional learning for all students.
