I connect and amplify spiritual, mental, relational, and emotional capacities. I am a strong advocate of whole person development. I use a value-based and innovative approach which combines emotional intelligence, DISC behavioral analyst, and success proven leadership principles to help people improve the quality of their relationships and life. I am a founding and a principal faculty member of the EIQ2-EiCenter, LLC, an emotional intelligence organization dedicated to transforming individuals, families, and communities, by helping them discover and realize untapped potential. For the past ten years I have successfully worked as an Executive Program Leader/Life Transformation Coach with the Maxwell Leadership Certification Team. As a Certified Parent and Family Coach I've work with youth, young adults, and adults (individual or group) by enriching them with tools and techniques for developing the essential soft skills for becoming more cohesive and mutually functional in relationships. These skills are essential for those desiring to thrive in the complex, rapid changing, and globalized world of the 21st century.I've learned much throughout my career which spans over 53 years. I spent 26 years with City of Los Angeles (Department of Building & Safety and Los Angeles Housing Dept.) I retired as a Principal Inspector/Emergency Management Coordinator for the LA Housing. I was responsible for disaster response preparing, training, exercise design, and implementation for the Department's 600 plus employees. I served as the Housing Department liaison/member of the Los Angeles Regional Alliance for Southern California counties participating in Regional Catastrophic Disaster Planning.
