I was hired to be an Architect in a newly established department called Business Development. The department consisted of a number of business specialists with the task to change Brobizz from the inside out. There was a desire to create a more business driven company than it currently was into new market areas and the current digital platform did not support that. At the same time Brobizz needed to do an ERP migration from an old Ax2009 platform and wanted to move from an on-premise solution to Azure. As Brobizz A/S is part of Sund & Bælt Holding a big part of my work have also been activites between brands and creating architecture that Sund & Bælt would benefit from. This have been particularly challenging because of the relation between the publicly and privately owned companies in Sund & Bælt Holding where different business goals and strategies exsist. * Analyse and understand business vision and goals* Create and maintain Digital Focus Areas and implementing Architecture Principles* Identify, Analyse and create business cases for business enablers supported by Architecture rules* Create and maintain a holistic overview of the digital platform and overall target architecture* Create strategies for the digital development that support the business vision and goals* Implementing and maintaining Architectural Decision Records* Participate in strategic important projects in business clarifications and overall design* Facilitate Community of Practice with architects from the different contractors* Close collaboration with contractors and different business units like marketing, customer service and management* Business Risk and IT-security assessment* Market analysis, and acquisition of SaaS solutions* Business development* Test strategy* Participating in managing master data and external interfaces* Close dialog with the rest of Sund & Bælt Holding A/S to synergize arhitecture across the holding coorporation

As I began to work more closely with management, business stakeholder, product owners and developers I was appointed a new position as an Architect across the three development departments in the Danish Brodcasting Corporation. As an Architect I had to have a holistic overview of all digital products in the three departments in order to maintain, develop and transform the digital products. We began to create development guidelines and rules to create a more compliant product delivery with pipelines, automatic quality assurance, simplify and improve operations as well as the overall stability. I also created and facilitated a Community of Practise with Lead Developers, Solution Architects and Business Architects in order to address issues and agree on the target architecture across delivery teams and departments. I was voted in as a union representative by ~50 collegaues to represent them at the Executive Union Board and towards the Danish Brodcasting Coorporation's management. My job consisted on participating in negotiations on the behalf of our members, help the close management to understand any issues with job satisfaction (often the lack of) and help members understand their rights in general.

I was given the task of managing and streamlining all PHP development in Danmarks Radio. At the time there was 5 different consulting agencies involved in implementing Denmarks largest website www.dr.dk and the Danish Brodcasting Corporation wanted someone who could represent DR on the tech side. I also participated in several projects/deliveries but at the same time I had to guide and help other developers into doing PHP development in a more concise, and modern way. As my employment progressed so did my role and I started working close with management and product owners to ensure business critical deliveries and enable the business to deliver in a timely manner.* Maintain and develop digital products in the teams portifolio* Modernise and improve PHP development, and operations* Create and implement solution architecture* Implementing and educating in best software practices* Doing IT-Security pen-testing
