As Managing Director of Prospa Advertising since 2014, I drive strategic initiatives, manage client relationships, and lead a team of creatives. My primary goals are to grow our clientele, boost earnings, and land prestigious projects. I make sure we meet and surpass customer expectations by fusing operational effectiveness with strategic vision. Furthermore, I support the implementation of state-of-the-art digital marketing strategies to maintain our leadership in the sector.

As the Marketing Communication Manager at Image Crusade Advertising & PR, I developed and implemented marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with our brand and objectives. I created engaging content for print, and outdoor platforms while analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities.During my tenure, I launched high-impact campaigns that increased brand visibility and market share. I increased the number of outdoor billboards from 31 to 79 billboards in less than 12 months, managed client and stakeholder relationships, consistently exceeding expectations through creative and strategic communication initiatives.

In my role as Creative Director at IVAD International, I was responsible for the storyline and artistic direction of our TV commercials and documentaries. I oversaw writers, directors, and editors, making sure that every film adhered to our strict guidelines for originality and creativity in addition to satisfying client requirements. Creating creative concepts, storyboards, and managing the complete production process from pre-production to post-production were all part of my job description. I extensively collaborated with clients to fully grasp their goals and ideas before transforming it into powerful visual narratives that effectively conveyed their message.

As an art director, it was my job to create and convey a project's visual imagery. As a member of a cooperative creative team, it was my responsibility to produce and develop unique concepts while ensuring that they aligned with the objectives of the marketing campaigns. I provided direction and constructive criticism to a team of copywriters, photographers, designers, and illustrators to guarantee consistency and excellent work. in order to seamlessly combine visual elements with other parts of the campaign.

As a university lecturer at Uganda Martyrs University, I taught Advertising and Communication Design, focusing on equipping students with practical skills essential for the industry. I was responsible for generating the Advertising Design syllabus, ensuring it was up-to-date and relevant. My role included mentoring students, providing guidance on their projects, and fostering a collaborative and creative learning environment.During my tenure, I successfully guided numerous student projects that received recognition. I collaborated with industry professionals to provide students with real-world insights and opportunities for internships and placements. My commitment to academic excellence and practical application ensured that students were well-prepared for careers in advertising and communication design.
