Health and Safety Advisor working in various industries (Construction, Retail etc) and for multiple clients, ranging from the large to the small. Undertaking ,,the following;Create and implement bespoke health and safety management systems.Create, design and deliver training presentations and bespoke training courses in order train individuals in various health and safety related topics. Provide advice at all levels of business, from Directors to Operatives/Employees.Attend and conduct Director/Senior Management H&S Meetings. Providing attendees with information relating to monitoring trends and statistical analysis, relating to health and safety performance. I also develop and create reports based on this information.Attend pre-qualification meetings, answering detailed questions from auditors regarding my client’s health and safety procedures, policies and performance.Conduct inspections (also on construction sites) and audits, as well as Health and Safety Policy compliance audits to help measure health and safety performance, understanding and implementation of the relevant health and safety management systems. Develop and create various Safe Systems of Work (Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and COSHH Assessments etc) to ensure that specific works are conducted in the correct sequence in order to ensure that the risks of the works are reduced so far as is reasonable practicable.Conduct and create thorough Fire Risk Assessments based on the British Standard. Create action plans to close out items noted and improve implementation of health and safety management systems and risk assessments etc.Compile pre-qualification applications to aid my clients in obtaining various health and safety related qualifications, rewards and standards.

During my time with the Ambulance Service i took 999 emergency calls to London Ambulance Service.Further enhancing my position, i began to act as a Radio Operator and then an Allocator, managing of 1 of 7 sectors of London during each shift.My duties included managing a fleet of vehicles, their safety and ensuring that all ambulances and ambulance staff attended patients requiring aid quickly and safely.
