Manages $30+ million dollar Recurring Maintenance and Minor Repair (RMMR) contract providing labor, supervision, transportation, supplies, vehicles, tools, materials, facilities, equipment, and incidentals necessary to conduct inspections, recurring preventive maintenance, minor/emergency repair, and minor construction on DLA-Energy capitalized petroleum facilities covering 4 states and 33 U.S Military installations. Managed 6 member team in executing Quality Control Program, Safety Program, Service Order development, and Recurring Maintenance scheduling and execution.

Managed a twelve member fuels and environmental compliance team monitoring field operations for over 2,300 emergency generators. Provided technical expertise to company leadership, safeguarding Compliance with U.S. EPA Regulatory Requirements and US. Law. Established Spill Prevention Containment and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans, operational requirements, personnel training programs and oversight to six geographically separated used oil and fuels distribution points. Developed standard operating procedures, web based reporting applications, and ensured the completion of 1,294 Final Site Condition inspections/reports on generator installation sites, waste oil accumulation points and fuel delivery yards. Tracked, responded, remediated and documented 257 fuel/oil releases spanning three geographically separated islands. Provided contract oversite to two fuel delivery contractors, managed the distribution of over 11 million gallons of diesel fuel in support of 1,294 temporary power generator installation sites. Primary author of the USACE accepted policy to re‐utilize defueled diesel ensuring the safe deliveryof 481,000 gallons to five power plants, re‐allocating $1.5 million in U.S. tax dollars.

Responsible for overseeing day to day operations of a 6K gallon Liquid Oxygen storage and dispensing facility. • Supervised the base fuels laboratory, ensured proper fuel sample collections and quality control analysis were performed guaranteeing that on station fuel inventory met Air Force use standards• Responsible for $90M, 6.8-million-gallon aviation fuel account, job rotation, training and career enrichment of 73 Fuel Specialist and United Kingdom Ministry of Defense personnel• Directed the refueling support of 75 F-15 and 5 HH-60 aircraft to include NATO allied transient aircraft utilizing 20 refueling units and 3 bulk fuel facilities• Advised senior leadership on personnel matters, specifically regarding the health, welfare, morale, quality of life, manpower, policy and professional development of enlisted and commissioned personnel• Developed fuel support plans to assist in sustaining European Command, NATO, and AFRICOM weapons training deployments• Assisted in developing Military construction projects; monitored Defense Logistics Agency Centrally Managed Programs and monitored Department of Defense Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization Projects
