Promoted to Sr. Regional CI Manager to support the implementation of a standardized Manufacturing Management System to multiple manufacturing sites in Pinnacle Foods. “The Lean Pinnacle Way” utilizes lean manufacturing fundamentals to deliver continuous improvement in operational management systems and sustainable 5% YOY productivity results. Led and facilitated over 50 kaizen events (SMED, TPM, Standard Work, Kanban, 5S, etc.) that have generated substantial results in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. Solely responsible for developing and training over 80 cross functional leaders in lean manufacturing. Developed and executed comprehensive business strategies that helped each department manager exceed financial budget by using lean tools such as TPM, SMED, and Standard Work.

In cooperation with the CI Manager, I was responsible for the realization of 3.9 million dollars in productivity by developing CI ideas and benchmarking projects of the sector/business unit. I developed a strong technical network with both Kraft and client engineers to ensure projects were completed in an organized and productive fashion. I also led the plant’s management team in weekly productivity meetings. I worked closely with plant technicians to generate productivity ideas to improve the overall efficiency of the operation of the Jonesboro Plant. I also worked closely with the Business Unit Manager and Business Development Manager to establish a “CI” culture for the entire Jonesboro facility.
