-Provides care of the LGBTQ+ youth and young adults living in either the Courage House or C^2 Apartments while implementing positive education and recreational activities through an equitable, trauma sensitive lens-Supervise, train, lead, onboard, and support staff within the crisis stabilization program-Maintain and document regular contact with individuals/agencies outside of the program providing services for/associated with the residents-Develop systems for staff intel, that are trauma informed, and benefit LGBTQ+ youth experiencing adversity-Deescalate volatile situations that may warrant calling outside agencies for further mental health assistance and crisis assistance
