Manufacturing Technician
• Installing and building, from the ground up, multi-sized BioStores with application ranges of -20C and -80C degree and are used for Sample Storage, Sample Retrieval, Sample Reformatting, Sample Preparation and Sample Analysis. • Assembling the mechanical, electrical and electronics of robotics including; tube selectors, vial selectors, I/O stations, control panels, x-peels, tube auditors, plate auditors and celigo (the X,Y and Z motion sensor, interface connection at the computer and others equipment). • Check all proper alignment and make sure each component are install in the assemble equipment.• Do the data checklist to ensure the built equipment meets the specified requirements and standard.• After the assembly do the routine bench testing and troubleshooting from module to component levels using oscilloscopes, digital volt-ohm-amp meter, pulse generators, dummy loads, power supply, hi-pot and other devices.• Performs different kinds of electrical and mechanical test processes on the equipment.• Conducted failure analysis, test data analysis, cycle test and reports for quality assurance.• Performed quality control on all equipment before final factory acceptance testing.• Making sure the working area is always safety and complained with OSHA, fire& safety laws.• Ensuring that all equipment and work areas are kept clean, neat and orderly at all times. Perform other technical duties as needed.
