Supervise the network staff, along with the installation and upgrades of network and workstation applications, trouble shoot network problems, configure and maintain network equipment, create and maintain user accounts on the AS/400 and network servers, maintain a hardware inventory and develop and maintain network and end user documentation. Used Microsoft Visio to document network architecture and Microsoft Project to monitor network projects. Developed and maintained Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity documentation.

Maintain and upgrade a TCP/IP-based LAN using Token Ring and Ethernet connections running Windows NT Server, Windows NT Workstation, and Windows 9X. Connect terminals and printers remotely to an AS/400. Maintain network and AS/400 user profiles. Maintain plant-wide radio frequency and barcode inventory system.
