• Prepare outgoing shipments, sort staging prior to route schedules and receive incoming shipments.
• Allocate resources to insure timely deliveries as defined by customer requirements and expectations.
• Develop and contribute ideas and suggestions for operational improvements utilizing LEAN practices
• Assist management with route design, balancing and dispatch, including training and follow up of driver vehicle safety, as well as State and Federal Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance.

-Established productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.-Responsible for all client communications and conflict resolutions and compliance on client deliverable and revenue-Deliver product to customer locations, utilizing a hand truck or pallet jack-Operate delivery vehicles in a safe and lawful.
