Developing Haldor Topsoe’s servitization business through Connected Services, focusing on every step of the process from strategy implementation, strategic alliances, commercialisation and supporting internal change management. I was managing the global sales pipeline for ClearView™ in close coordination with Topsoe’s regional sales offices and the alliance partner Honeywell.Topsoe ClearView™ is an IIoT based service (SaaS) which gives the customer access to Topsoe's proprietary modeling and simulation tools by using digital twin technology from Honeywell. ClearView will enable producers of hydrogen, ammonia and methanol to optimise their energy consumption and avoid costly shutdowns.

Responsible for business development of Topsoe’s digital initiatives - I analysed the feasibility and how to transform Topsoe’s servitization business using the new digital tools becoming available in the Industry 4.0 market. This also included an evaluation of Topsoe’s need for a strategic partner and searching for one which could match Topsoe’s digital ambitions - the process resulted in a strategic alliance with Honeywell.On top of this I was also the business manager for the digital equipment called Topsoe Furnace Manager (TFM), which allows hydrogen/ammonia/methanol plant operators to remotely monitor critical equipment’s such as the steam methane reformer and increase its efficiency.
