• Develop, deliver, and manage technical and operational solutions for diverse companies in all sizes of industries.• Build, support, and maintain, working and advisory relationships with ownership, management, and clients' operational staff as well as NATI interoffice personnel.• Engineer, deploy, and maintain various sized XenServer, and VMware environments.• Design, install, and manage Windows 2003 – 2019 environments. • Employ AWS to provide hybrid solutions to surpass the needs various clients’ project requirements. • Administer automated backups with Dell AppAssure, StorageCraft and AWS EBS Lifecycle Manager.• Design cloud & premise solutions to exceed clients’ needs within their budgets and time constraints, while complying with best practices.• Research and implement backup/DR solutions including single stations onsite to full virtual environment replication, and multi region hot sites.• Competent in managing transition plans to seamlessly delivery of new service.• Engineer and deploy MPLS, redundant VPN, wireless broadband, and multi-vlan networks.• Manage Stakeholder relationships and contracts with customers, vendors and suppliers for multiple types of facilities and consumers.
