-Using CAD, designed multiple versions of guarding to be installed onto NEUMAG winders in order to improve operator safety-Lead initiative to improve operator safety and efficiency. Included conducting time trials, redesigning tools, and holding meetings with management and department supervisors-Worked with automation engineers and suppliers to find and purchase new automation equipment to improve reliability and efficiency of quench units-Worked to replace various damaged and obsolete components, such as valves, limit switches, and motor receptacles, to improve production reliability

-Designed and oversaw fabrication of equipment stand for beaming machine operators-Developed Google Sheets based forklift and forklift battery tracking system to manage 25+ forklifts and 50+ forklift batteries-Created and conducted a survey with around 100 participants, to gauge effectiveness of plant wide communication in the hopes of implementing better communication options in the future-Created and presented a business case proposal in order to purchase a new welder for the maintenance department to ensure capacity remained the same
