As training manager for a software development company in the highly regulated pharmaceutical industry, I train clients domestically and internationally on our proprietary software for their data management, medical term/drug coding, EDC, IWRS, and trial management needs. I develop standard and customized courses for client and potential clients, design e-learning modules that are SCORM compliant, and deliver training in the classroom and online. Training participants extend across all levels of their respective organizations, including investigators and SAS statisticians. In addition, I create comprehensive manuals for instructor-led or self-taught training as well as the online help that is accessed within the software.
