I went on to sponsor and lead an Epic Refuel project centered around increasing clinical and IT staff efficiency through simplification and innovation of established processes. ⋙ At vCORE Technology Partners (now a part of AHEAD), I led the organization’s healthcare solutions and solution development for numerous non-healthcare strategic accounts including productization of services, risk management, OEM engagement, and service delivery oversight. ⋙ At Bluetree (now Tegria) and Nordic Consulting, I provided thought leadership and deep Epic expertise in core technology, application, and complex project delivery to the largest municipal health system in the US as well as regional health systems in the Midwest and Southwest of the United States.
