As part of Segue’s Executive team, I was focused on supporting corporate growth, developing strategic direction and overseeing operations of Segue's corporate portfolio with the guiding principles of innovation, exceptional support, and customer value. My diverse experience in Information Technology was formed through a consistent desire to understand the total picture with respect to information exchange, security, and the end-user experience. Led the company’s M&A activities (sell-side) into a successful exit and subsequent acquisition by Publicly-Traded Tetra Tech, Inc. (NASDAQ-TTEK). Activities included but were not limited to: due diligence material development, corporate capabilities briefing support, valuation development and analysis, price negotiation, tax planning, integration planning and follow-on support.

Served as the primary administrator for a local and wide-area network of over 150 users.
