Responsible for delivery of management reporting including group and business unit level forecasting, planning and budgeting, and driving the performance of 8 separate business units and 30+ corporate service functions across the organisation (includes $3bn+ property portfolio comprising residential aged care facilities, retirement living villages, child care centres, operational and corporate offices).Focus on optimizing assets to create long term sustainable value, building team identity, culture and capability, automating and improving key processes, and implementing large system transformation across a diverse and complex organisation.

M&A, commercial and strategic support for an asset portfolio in excess of $2.5bn. The role partnered with the General Manager, as well as leasing and asset managers, and development and project managers to drive outstanding results for the division.

Led finance on a number of key master-planned communities (including land, medium density, mixed-used developments) across NSW, providing commercial an strategic advice to key stakeholders.

- Delivery of consolidated Group monthly reforecast and long term financial plan (5-Yr outlook) and presentation of these deliverables to the Executive Committee- Providing actionable insights, financial analysis and recommendations to Executive Committee and Board to support key strategic decisions and initiatives- Scenario planning and analysis tabled to Executive Committee and the Board, outlining scenario outcomes and potential responses- Analysis of key risks and opportunities facing the Residential, Commercial Property and Retirement Living businesses- Analysis of Capital Management initiatives and recommendation on appropriate action- Preparation of Investor Presentation slides and supporting Q&A information for the Group- Continuous process and business improvement- Co-ordinating and planning the annual forecasting calendar for the Group, including distributing key dates and deliverables for the monthly reforecast and the long term financial plan

Buy-side and sell-side M&A transaction due diligence and IPO support. Primary focus on property sector including transactions in retail, hotels, airports, REITS.
