I’m a curious, grounded and creative person and driven by creating value for people, business and society. In my profession I’m a passionate and strategic consultant with 20 years of experience in developing people & organizations and driving change in a variety of contexts. I have experience within leadership and culture development, management consulting, learning and development, project management, change management, process development, lean, agile, coaching and so on. I have a lot of experience from a variety of both small and very big organizations in both private and government-controlled businesses. Together with the government I have had long assignments together with the Swedish Police force, Economic crimes agency, Health care, Municipality, County government and further. I find this mix of business and public assignments very developing. I get energy from working with people who wants to get in and have a drive, trust-based relations, collaboration and teamwork. Even though I enjoy bits and pieces I always aim for the bigger picture, the Why behind the Why. But always in a proactive and pragmatic way.
