Research Assistant with the focus on optical characterization of wide bandgap materials. Obtained new insight on the impact of defects and polarity on the optical properties of ZnO, GaN, and InGaN. Investigated optical properties of GaAs and InGaAs quantum dots, single photon emitters, and VCSELs. Developed skills in independent research and problem solving, student supervision (Bachelor and Master student), and laboratory organization.Finished PhD with "summa cum laude" and price for best dissertation.

Project management for a pool of 16 senior researchers and 120 scientists who collaborated on the topic of InGaAs and AlGaAs nanostructured light emitters. Direct responsibility for the interaction and communication of the teams at 6 different universities and extramural research centers.
