Highlights:• Coordinated outreach to galvanize support for the "Heads of State Call to Action on Domestic Financing for Education" - eventually endorsed by 19 Heads of State ahead of the 2021 GPE Global Education Summit. Endorsements translated to a collective commitment of approximately US$196 billion in domestic finances reserved for education - and was lauded by various stakeholders as a "landmark statement and an unprecedented display of the highest levels of political will by GPE developing country partners (DCPs) to safeguard education in the wake of COVID-19-related disruptions"

External Deployment from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the Policy & Strategy Unit at the Executive Office of the President (State House)Highlights:• Played an instrumental role in the reformulation of US-Kenya trade relations: including the establishment of the Trade and Investment Working Group (TIWG) tasked with developing "a more stable and mutually beneficial" trade regime between Kenya and the United States (including exploring the possibility of a US-Kenya FTA)
