I have a strong academic background in analytic philosophy and over 8 years of demonstrated success in driving business growth and operational optimization. Currently, I work as a Support Engineer at Click & Pledge, an online software company dedicated to helping non-profits process and manage their donations. In this role, I collaborate closely with many different teams, including Software Development, Accounts Management, and Client Relations. I help end users to utilize our software and also troubleshoot any issues that they may have. I assist nonprofits with data management, tracking donor information and financial details from transaction to deposit. I help organizations refine their data by creating and customizing reports. Additionally, I assist nonprofits with their account administration to streamline operations. I lead weekly Zoom meetings and monthly webinars to ensure our clients are well-equipped to get the most out of our platform. Click & Pledge software integrates with Salesforce, and we also use Salesforce as our company's CRM. I am proud to have recently become a Salesforce Certified Administrator. This certification has enhanced my expertise and allowed me to contribute more effectively to our customers and our company. I work extensively in Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP). I’m also expanding my knowledge of the Nonprofit Cloud, and I’m particularly excited about the evolving AI features within Salesforce. I am actively pursuing more certifications.
