Supporting responsible Project Managers in the annual planning, budgeting andforecasting processes by handling project budgets for the locations in Denmark(Brande, Lindoe, Oelgod & Herning) and USA (Hutchinson).Calculating product price updates due to product cost changes resulting fromproduction or material adjustments based on design changes. Performing and supporting SCM N footprint activities regarding product phase outsand other optimization initiatives.

Providingfinancial information with the help of own developed project cost controlling reportsand engineering hours analysis that benefits the decision making process with theProduct Line Management (PLM) department.Performing annual resource capacity planning calculations and analysis identifyingengineering skillsets providing utilization information which benefits the strategicresource allocation.

Responsible for analyzing major steam turbine projects: Mod’s/Upgrades and NewApparatus. Analysis included presenting monthly reports at Global Project Reviewmeetings with locations in the US and Germany.Lead initiative to clean outstanding balances within WIP balance sheet account tied tounfished activities in the logistics area in CMP (SAP legacy system) for SU and GNorganizations.Responsible for the migration of the WIP balance sheet account from legacy SAP system to new SAP system. Identified key program issues which calculated variances incorrectly because ofincorrect conversions of materials with different units of measurements. Workedwith developer to identify issue and provide testing support to verify issue wasresolved.
