Migrated of a number of physical production application servers to virtual servers to increase scalability, availability and TCO.Responsible for the operational transfer of the new machines including the applications on those machines.1.2. For the new “Production Execution System” project it was important that the digital weighing scales of the central weighing department were directly addressable from SAP. Establish the interfacing architecture and implementation of all necessary components so the PES project could go operational on time.Meanwhile this solution is used in other production sites as well.1.3. Work out and implement an (xml based) MOM application interfacing concept according tot the SOA (EAI, ESB) architecture to technically interconnect projects and applications in a GMP environment.Design and manage the xml/xsd schema’s of the exchanged messages.Manage the external developer(s). This allowed the EuRoPe2 project to go operationally on time.2. Technical expert of most Beerse pharma production and integrated logistics projects.2.1. Responsible for a number of technical ICT aspects when upgrading (in terms of hardware and software) of the pharma automated warehouse system in 2005 so everything went smoothly with no production downtime.2.2. Use of my "auto id" knowledge to implement an install, configure and management module for our 75 handheld computers in a validated GMP environment.2.3. Execute the 3 rd line support for a number of production applications.Regular management of the first and second line support people.2.4. Use of weighing scale experience in introducing the “In Process Control” weighing system to the various filling lines in the packaging area.

Responsible for the smooth running of the relocation of 10000 physical pallets to the new infrastructure in a period of 3 weeks.3.2. Develop and implement a centralized label system used to identify production materials. As a result, label design changes could be implemented more quickly.
