I started my working career in the construction industry and moved on into sales and various projects. As a person I am rational, both in thought and action, which together with my focus on results has given me opportunities to different types of leadership. While working as a leader I've discovered that it is a role that fits me well and have been very stimulating. I am dedicated and professional in my work. I get my motivation mainly from seeing progress as a result of my work, but also in my own development. I have varied experiences from leadership, sales, projects, implementations and development work. I also have higher education in both financials and industrial design engineering.Smart factories, sometimes referred to as Industry 4.0 is a great personal interest and ha partly been included in projects in my education. In my master thesis I am implementing RFID as a part of an industry 4.0 project at Bosch.
