QueenB is a non-profit organization aimed at increasing the representation of Israeli women in the hi-tech industry. We work to create a future in which women are equally active in the hi-tech industry, influence it and lead it. At QueenB, passionate female computer science students from universities across Israel take the lead in teaching coding to middle and high school girls. These dedicated university students serve as mentors, sharing their expertise and inspiring the next generation of women in tech, and the CS students get special opportunities and guidance building their resume, acquiring experience, and eventually entering the industry.
