Ronny is cofounder and CTO of NEXT — a domain-specific agentic customer intelligence platform. Teams use NEXT to bring their customers into the way they build, market and sell their products. The platform autonomously captures, understands, and harmonizes customer interaction data (Gong, Zoom, and other recordings but also surveys data or reviews) into video insights teams in product, marketing and beyond use to act on pricing feedback, competitor intel, win/loss drivers, user pain points, and product feature requests.Launched in April 2023, we're combining deep know-how in human-centric design at Stanford d. school, Hasso Plattner Ventures, and IDEO with the latest in AI technology to build a platform that lets organizations inform every decision, workflow and ritual with customer insights. Clients include Bosch, Lipton, Action, Wahi, and PaperCut.Prior to NEXT, Ronny served as CTO/CPO at Fredhopper, an innovator in enterprise search and merchandising software for eCommerce. Under his leadership, the company ascended to global leadership in its field, leading to its strategic acquisition by SDL Plc.Ronny studied at TU Dresden, VU Amsterdam, and holds an MBA from INSEAD.
