Honorstyle is an online appointment/booking & scheduling system for beauty, grooming & wellness professionals. As a product owner, I have led a multidisciplinary team of software developers, UX designers, data scientists and sales focusing on: • The analysis of user behavior and conversion reports along the checkout funnel and developing hypotheses on improving the customer journey • Defining experiments to test in the production environment and presenting them to the business and operations executive teams. • Developing A/B tests, overseeing KPIs evolution during the testing period and putting the product/application to production • Coordinating all marketing campaigns for the vertical with the Operations and Marketing teams to ensure product monetization.• Measuring the features' performance and proposed iterations to improve user experience and the main business KPIs. As a CEO, my responsibilities includes but not limited to making major corporate policy decisions, managing the overall operations, resources mobilization & allocation, setting & executing organizational strategy, continuously building senior leadership team, setting vision, values & corporate culture & communicating effectively with all stakeholders including the board. During this period, we have successfully deployed new features that have been adopted, contributing to a significant increase in the uptake of the product bolstering our dominance in the market.

Honor Logistics is a registered road, bridges and general civil engineering works construction & logistics Company in Kenya. At Honor Logistics, I was part of the team that successfully initiated, planned, executed & completed several key infrastructure projects.
