Product Strategy (2020 till Date) As Head of Products/Product Strategy, I am leading the Digital Transformation of Trading products:- Leading a 10-member team: 3 Product specialists + 7 Design (UX & UI) specialists.- Transforming products to new age experiences, - Product conceptualization including features, design, positioning, pricing & placement. - Driving Market/user research, competition mapping, user journey creation, USP creation, functional mapping, visual design/execution and influencing business analysts & engineering teams for deliverySales, Marketing & Corporate Strategy (2017 till date): As the Strategy Head, I am leading sales process, marketing, go-to-market strategy & corporate strategy:- Formulating the Annual Operating Plan in line with the overall organizational objectives- Setting up sales force automation and incentive structure and carrying out target-oriented sales drives- Supporting the Sales team by leading sales pitches to existing & new clients- Leading a 2 member pre-sales team which is responsible giving product demos and creating RFPs- Leading The marketing vertical and driving marketing efforts including social media, e-mail marketing, content and design of collaterals etc.
