My extensive career in hospitality includes a BA in Hotel Administration, a 25 year career with Westin/Starwood Hotels in both SalesMarketing as well as Operations leadership, RVP/Mg. Dir.-Operations and responsibilities with Destination/Two Roads as SVP/CEO, 3.5 years with CNL Hotel REIT as SVP-Asset Mgr. of 6 Trophy Resorts and a 12 year sole proprietor Consulting business, providing Sales/ Marketing and GM Leadership Services for high quality full service branded and independent hotel and resort companies. Since late 2019 consulted with Hospitality Taskforce, Inc. as Executive Director to provide 4+and 5 star hotel clients for their 500 consultants. As of 1/1/23 am VP-Business Development-the Americas, my team is growing Reiimagine, Inc.’s membership of 5 star, smaller independent, unique, sustainable, design-oriented hotels/resorts/villas/residence properties in N/C/S America.

I provide Interim GM services nationwide to owners and management companies, during asset purchases/sales, or leading Operations of hotels and resorts between GM change outs.I have managed most full service brands (Starwood, Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Intercontinental as well as independent hotels) over the last 10 years.I have been employed most of those years, with an average assignment of 3 months, but a range from one month to over one year. My career experience includes 25 years with Westin Hotels equally in GM and Sales/Marketing leadership positions.
