Assist with creating the unit budgets and monitor expenses to ensure costs are within established levels. Monitor unit turnover, productivity and overall performance to ensure adequate staffing and performance that meets department standards. Monitor performance of direct reports; provide prompt and objective coaching and counseling; conduct performance reviews and recommend salary increases.

As leader/senior member of the Talent Acquisitions team. Recruit, interview and recommend placement of candidates for professional and technical staff positions from both internal and external sources.
