I have personal experience with land and improved property acquisitions, zoning matters, ground-up development, renovations, sales/brokerage, leasing and valuation of over 12,000 properties throughout the country. I have been qualified as an expert witness in numerous jurisdictions throughout the nation. I am presently providing expert consultation on CRE valuation matters pertaining to complex litigation and strategic advisory services involving capital markets and real estate tax matters.
