Professional electrochemist, conducting R&D and managing teams. My current position is Cell Assembly Team Leader at StoreDot. Professional Achievements: Over the years, I registered five patents that have to my credit as the chief inventor in the following areas: PV dye solar cell, li-ion batteries.Extensive knowledge of R&D laboratory operation, vacuum and sealing systems, and Screen-printing technology.Self-taught, curious, creative, entrepreneurial, and passionate about the world of electrochemistry.Professional Background: 15 years in development laboratories. Working in the high-tech industry and the start-up world since 2006, in companies engaged in R&D in the field of electrochemistry. I started my career as a Laboratory Technician and later advanced to Laboratory Manager and Team Leader positions.Over the years, I got to lead teams in the companies I worked for, including developing outside-the-box thinking and proposing brilliant ideas. Although I have no academic background, I often provide solutions and ideas that engineers and Ph.D.'s never thought of. I know how to lead people compellingly and inspire them with my bold ideas.I love the world of R&D in start-ups or more advanced companies. I find it hard to imagine myself working in a company that does not have these development goals and only operates as a manufacturer.
