Ronald A. Piperi is the founder and owner of several successful human resources management companies. Operating throughout the state of Texas, the companies have 33 employees working in offices in Houston and the Austin suburb of Round Rock. These companies, which Ron Piperi operates along with Kim Traylor, prepare payroll for clients in 27 states and (occasionally) overseas. They have a combined revenue of approximately 200 million dollars. All of the affiliate companies are licensed, and the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies has issued a bond to protect the company’s clients. Prior to his involvement with human resources management, Ron Piperi had a successful career practicing law and in apartment home development, financing projects in Texas, Kentucky, California, and Georgia. In the 1980s, Piperi acquired several businesses in the banking industry, including Mortgage Investment Company, Champion Savings, and interest in First Southern Savings. As founder, Manager, and Chairman of the Board of Asset Plus Company, Ron Piperi grew the business to become one of the largest property management companies in Texas. Ron Piperi and his wife Modie have been married for 57 years and have three married children. In 1959, he graduated from the St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. Early in his career, he practiced criminal, domestic, and personal injury law, and served as the City Attorney of Harker Heights, Texas, for 21 years. During service in the United States Army, Ron Piperi was called upon to prepare last wills and testaments for each member of the 1st Armored Division when they were expected to be deployed in the 1961 Cuban Bay of Pigs incident.
