I started ISCT in Sydney Australia with my family to help with research and development for Chevron ETC with PEI and to manufacture chemicals for joint projects in the US and Australia for hydrocarbon processors and production companies. As a partner and project manager at ISCT, I played a key role in managing and overseeing projects in the oil and gas industry related to process mercury research and development and asset management. I successfully led multi-disciplinary project teams and ensured the successful completion of various key projects related to oil and gas production and environmental remediation in western Australia and along the Northwest Shelf. One such project for Chevron used technologies developed by ISCT and PEI in three separate R&D projects to successfully decontaminate a drill ship and offshore production kit of mercury and hydrocarbons then treat/process spent chemicals and materials as part of waste minimization. The case study for this project was published as A Deep Clean: Hydrocarbon Engineering (Aug. 2016). During my tenure at ISCT, I contributed to the development and implementation of innovative solutions for environmental and process issues in the oil and gas industry. I worked closely with clients to understand their specific needs and provided tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

I played a key role in managing the MCS group as well as developed and managed strategic alliances with five industrial services and catalyst companies from the US to Asia Pacific and Africa. Based out of Thailand I developed and managed analytical testing, chemical decontamination and research projects for oil and gas companies. Contributed to the development of new and effective chemicals, chemical delivery systems and sampling and analysis methods for performance verification of chemical decontamination programs at hydrocarbon processing plants and offshore assets prior to sunset and decommissioning. I managed projects in compliance with US and international regulatory requirements and industry best practices and utilized my strong leadership skills and effective communication abilities to effectively coordinate project teams and ensure the successful completion of deliverables.

Prior to joining PEI, I started Measurement and Monitoring Solutions (MMS) with several partners in 2008 and acquired the measurement systems and IP of a US engineering and consulting company. MMS was later sold to PEI along with select IP consolidating the technical expertise and technology of MMS into PEI which also came with minority ownership of PEI for myself and select MMS partners.Responsibilities: development and management of environmental consulting, remediation and remedial construction projects including process mercury testing and mapping programs and development of process mercury solutions for the hydrocarbon processing industry. I was instrumental in developing PEI's MCS Group which specialized in trace metals measurements in hydrocarbon process streams and developed chemical and process technologies for the removal of mercury and volatile toxic metals from hydrocarbon process plants. I fostered a customer-centric culture by ensuring exceptional service delivery, leading to consistently positive customer feedback and increased referrals.

I also reported to the remediation and construction group performing chemical cleaning, geo construction and remediation projects. Served as the National Account Manager for Williams Energy where I was responsible for business development and the management of multiple industrial, environmental remediation and remedial construction projects simultaneously for Transco, Northwest Pipeline, and Williams Energy assets throughout North America and Gulf of Mexico (GOM).

Manage operations and projects for soil and groundwater investigations and in-situ chemical oxidation projects using various oxidants with high pressure variable flow systems.

I first started at Burlington Environmental, Inc. (soon thereafter acquired by PSC) in the Geo-Science Group but my costs and time were shared with the Remediation Group. I obtained drillers licenses for TX, OK, LA, NM, AR and so for the Geo-Science Group my primary responsibility was performing drilling projects throughout the US using HSA, Air Rotary, Wet Rotary, RotoSonic, and DP. Other responsibilities included performing site investigations using our RECON VAN (Geo-Probe and Mobile Lab- Chem. Station), groundwater monitoring and reporting, and groundwater system installation. Performed chemical analysis using modified EPA methods on soil, soil-gas, and groundwater samples associated with site investigations and site characterization projects. Responsibilities for the Remediation Group included performing remediation and construction projects which included geo-construction, chemical cleaning, decommissioning and demolition, PCB and Mercury remediation, wastewater treatment, and remediation system construction.
