I collaborate with marketing and customer relations to tailor technical solutions to customer requirements by developing and implementing innovative sales engineering strategies to serve client needs and drive business growth. Core Responsibilities:• Foster a high-performance culture by leading and managing a high-performance sales team by providing guidance, coaching, professional development opportunities, and motivation to achieve sales goals. • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to identify and capitalize on business development opportunities. • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on technical solutions. • Develop and execute strategic sales cadence cycle to achieve company revenue targets. • Drive continuous improvement in sales engineering processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness. • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, and develop strategies to position the company as a leader in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. • Stay abreast on industry trends and emerging technologies while incorporating new insights into sales engineering strategies and solutions.
